New HBA Officers

The following were voted in as Board Members for 2009-2010 at the May 12th meeting.

Rhonda Daniels – President

Dawna Haupt – Treasurer – Accounts Payable

Tammy Thomas – Treasurer – Accounts Receivable

Mark Reibling – Community Member

WELCOME LORI! We still have the Secretary position open if you are interested. We would like to have some parents of younger students on the Board. 4 of the 6 have Senior Band members.

2009 Marching Band Show

The music has been selected. Writing of the drill will begin once Mrs. Hopkins has all of the marching band forms.

The name of the show is "To Dance in The Secret Garden" featuring the music of Robert W. Smith and includes the songs "Statues," "Fountains," "Butterflies," and "Blossoming Flowers."

The next Highlands Band Association meeting is Tuesday, June 9th at 7:30 p.m. in the middle school band room. The minutes from the booster meetings can be found in the Boosters section.  The minutes from the meetings will be posted when they are available.
