In an effort to assist parents with payment of the $400 marching band fee
or other band fees, we have a fundraising opportunity at KY Speedway
working the food concessions.
Unfortunately I won't know how many workers per event are needed until
approximately 3 weeks prior to the event. However, I have been told that
they will need approximately 20 workers from Highlands' band for the Busch
Race and the Kentucky INDY 300 (IRL) race.
If you are interested in working or having your child work, please review
the questions and answers listed below.
Please be aware that we must have a ratio of 1 adult for every 2 students.
All workers must complete the online training and follow all rules outlined
below including the dress code policy, cell phone policy, etc.
If you would like to be put on a list to work, please contact Tammy Thomas
(tammy.thomas@insightbb.com) and let her know who would like to work
(parent name or student name).
Additional information for each event will follow as it becomes available.
Event Dates
June 15-16 - Meijer 300 (Busch Race)
July 13-14 - Built Ford Tough 225 Truck Series (Truck Race)
August 10-11 - The Kentucky Indy 300 (IRL Race)
